Abstract

Background : Wudhu therapy one of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be done to reduce the scale of insomnia in insomniacs.Objective : to determine the effect of ablution therapy on the incidence of insomnia in adolescent boys.Method: pre-experimental with one-group pretest-postest Design. The sampling technique us judmental sampling with the numbel of respondents as many as 20 people, the analysis used the paired sample T-Test statistical test.Result: The results showed that there was an effect of ab;ution therapy on incidence of insomnia in adolescent boys in class XI with insomnia with p value = 0.000 (α < 0,05).Conclusion : it is expected that adolescents who experience insomnia to routinely perform ablution therapy before going to bed properly and correctly so that they can prevent sleep problems amd improve when they start sleeping.Keyword : ablution therapy, insomnia, teenager

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Bronkopneumonia merupakan salah satu penyakit yang sering dialami oleh anak-anak. Hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas. Salah satu tindakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu pemberian tindakan fisioterapi dada.Tujuan: Menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada anak yang mengalami bronkopneumonia dengan masalah keperawatan ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas dengan pemberian fisioterapi dada.Metode: Studi kasus pada dua klien anak yang mengalami bronkopneumonia dengan masalah keperawatan ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas. Intervensi yang diberikan adalah fisioterapi dada. Asuhan keperawatan diberikan selama tiga hari.Hasil: Hasil yang didapatkan pada studi kasus ini adalah masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas teratasi dengan kriteria frekuensi nadi, frekuensi pernapasan dan saturasi oksigen menjadi normal.Simpulan: Metode fisoterapi dada dapat dilakukan dalam mengatasi masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas. Tindakan fisioterapi dada dapat dipertimbangkan dalam mengatasi masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas pada anak dengan bronkopneumonia.

Abstract

Background: Belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai merupakan salah satu fenomena yang ada dalam organisasi. Hal ini terlihat masih rendahnya tingkat produktivitas kerja pegawai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan.Purpose: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja perawat dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.Methods: Penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif desain Cross Sectional. Populasi perawat sebanyak 240 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 150 responden dengan teknik sistematic random sampling. Analisis statistik dalam penelitian menggunakan partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM).Results: Hasil penelitian diatas terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dengan nilai t-statistic 4,674 (> 1,96), terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja dengan nilai t-statistic 2,937 (>1,96). Tidak ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai t-statistic 1,449 (< 1,96), tidak ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai t-statistic 0,236 (< 1,96), tidak ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja dengan nilai t-statistic 1,059 (<1,96).Conclusion: Ada pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Online Game Addiction is a form of addiction caused by internet technology or better known as internet addiction. One alternative that can deal with online game addiction is Cognitive Behavior Therapy. The purpose of this study is to apply CBT in reducing addiction to online games at SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo City. the method used in the implementation of this case study is descriptive, then the results are presented in narrative form and described in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for adolescents who are addicted to online games in SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo. In the implementation of this study, 3 respondents who were addicted to online games were taken at SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo. The results of this case study show that the application of CBT can reduce addiction to online games. This is evidenced by 3 respondents before CBT was found to be addicted to online games in the moderate category and after using the CBT technique, 2 respondents experienced a decrease in addition to a mild category, and 1 respondent remained in the moderate category. The results obtained will be more effective if there is social support, parental control, and rewards.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Tekanan darah tinggi atau hipertensi disebut juga pembunuh diam-diam (silent killer) karena pada sebagian kasus, tidak menunjukan gejala apapun.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tugas keluarga dengan keteraturan berobat penderita hipertensi.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Cross Sectional dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square. Variabel bebas penelitian adalah tugas keluarga dan variabel terikat adalah keteraturan berobat. Sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah 34 responden penderita hipertensi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik Purposive Sampling. Hasil analisa data dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square.Hasil: Hasil analisa data dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square telah diperoleh nilai X2 hitung sebesar 18,2 besar dari X2 tabel dengan nilai p = 0,000 (<0,05) dengan menggunakan df 1, ini berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari hasil tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tugas keluarga dengan keteraturan berobat penderita hipertensi Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan bahwa keteraturan berobat dipengaruhi oleh peran dan tugas keluarga.
